Refund/ Return Policy
14 Days after Item being delivered to customer. Customer will receive a full refund (upon returning the item) if they are not satisfied with their purchase, but will be responsible for shipping costs. In the event the package arrived damaged from the carrier the customer must contact us within 48 hours of package delivery to get replacement order. All sales marked Adoptables, and On Sale are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchange policy
An exchange can be made between items 14 days after Item delivery, in the event there is a cost difference, the appropriate adjustments will be made whether that be charging the customer for the difference or returning the difference between the items. All sales marked Adoptables, and Items that are on sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
What Items are considered Final Sale?
All Adoptables, sale items, and commissions are Final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the event of a damage from carrier claim please contact us within 48 hours of recieving the package and include pictures of the box before opening, and of the items that were damaged.
