Refund/ Return Policy

14 Days after Item being delivered to customer. Customer will receive a full refund (upon returning the item) if they are not satisfied with their purchase, but will be responsible for shipping costs. In the event the package arrived damaged from the carrier the customer must contact us within 48 hours of package delivery to get replacement order. All sales marked Adoptables, and On Sale are final sale and not eligible for return.


Exchange policy

An exchange can be made between items 14 days after Item delivery, in the event there is a cost difference, the appropriate adjustments will be made whether that be charging the customer for the difference or returning the difference between the items. All sales marked Adoptables, and Items that are on sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

What Items are considered Final Sale?

All Adoptables, sale items, and commissions are Final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the event of a damage from carrier claim please contact us within 48 hours of recieving the package and include pictures of the box before opening, and of the items that were damaged.

Sharing Policy

Products purchased from Mango Prints can be posted on social media with the proper credits. Credits must be made out to @mango_fearless or @incompetent_ghoul for Instagram. @mango_fearless for twitter, and @fearless_mango for TikTok. If you wish to post it elsewhere please provide at least one of the handles above with their appropriate platform. Products sold on/ or were sold on Mango Prints cannot be resold on any platform or in person for any reason, with the exception of commissions (see sharing policy for commissions for details).

Sharing policy for Commissions

Once you’ve received your work, I will most likely post it on my Twitter and Instagram with a watermark, and include WIP’s and Processes of it to my Patreon. If it’s a gift for a friend, please let me know what date you’re comfortable with me posting it publicly. This is a personal preference to keep all of my work on my accounts. You’re free to repost the work you’ve purchased wherever you’d like, as long as you credit me properly. You can credit me @mango_fearless on both Twitter and Instagram and @fearless_mango on TikTok. Commissions may be resold under these conditions, the person must not claim the artwork as their own and give credit to @fearless_mango, the resale may only take place AFTER full payment of the commission is collected.
